Pocket Microvascular Anastomosis Card™

The Pocket Microvascular Anastomosis Card™ is a convenient way to practice the skills necessary to perform vascular microsurgeries common across multiple specialties.
Each card contains five thin-wall silicone tubes appropriately spaced to allow for end-to-end, end-to-side, and side-to-side anastomoses. The 4.5cm working length on each tube is sufficient for multiple anastamoses on a single card, generating hours of practice.
The card is the same size as a standard credit card, making it easy to pack with you, and use under surgical, standard dissection, or even portable microscopes. The writable matte surface allows you to write notes, such as angle of practice, date completed, or denote challenge areas to monitor your progress or share with colleagues for feedback. A 1mm grid background provides a convenient way to reference suture distances.
Cards are available in three sizes:
1.0mm x 0.8mm
2.0mm x 1.8mm
3.0mm x 2.8mm
Wall thickness for all tubes is 0.1mm. Custom combinations and spacing are available upon request for additional charge.

1.0mm vessels alternating with 2.0mm vessels
One of the best ways to practice end-to-side anastomoses is through the use of our cards with alternating tube sizes. This allows you to easily connect a smaller vessel into the side of a larger vessel. Not to mention, there will still be plenty of space for practicing your end-to-end anastomoses.
